Each player is responsible for their own health insurance, travel expenses, uniforms, gloves, cleats, and lodging. For lodging and transportation, the Wooden Bat Classic has partnered with the Lee County Sports Housing to offer a wide selection of hotels and car rentals. Home Run Concessions will be available for hungry ballplayers to purchase food. A full time athletic trainer, Brianna Belmont, along with sports massage therapists, Katherine Harbord-Elkins and Heather Piper, are available during the week to provide health related services.

In review, the fees for the tournament cover:
1. Mandatory liability insurance (not to be confused with health insurance).
2. Baseballs, umpires, and fields.
3. A minimum of seven games, weather permitting.
4. A Wooden Bat T-shirt and thank you gift(s).
